Scam camouflaged as a complaint against your business

Over the past few months there is an email coming from the NY office of the Better Business Bureau which appears to be legit.  It’s a scam.  It appears as a complaint against your business.  Do not click on the attachment.  Delete.  When you call the NYC office of the BBB you will get a recorded message explaining what they are doing about it.  They have the FBI involved as it appears to be a criminal campaign.  The emails have been sent out randomly.  Check your anti-virus system.  Make sure it is running regularly.  If you wish to hear the recorded message from the BBB, call 212-533-6200.
