Community Service Committee and Lorraine’s Soup Kitchen

Jimmy Tarr, Realtor® from Coldwell Banker Upton-Massamont recently greeted Kim Goulette, Executive Director of Lorraine’s Soup Kitchen and Pantry with a $250 credit to the Food Bank of Western Massachusetts on behalf of the Realtor® Community Service Committee. 

The Realtor® Association of Pioneer Valley in their ongoing community efforts to fight hunger has implemented a new program, the committee chooses one pantry or shelter each month to be the recipient of a $250 credit at The Food Bank.

“This helps us support both the soup kitchen and food pantry because we can purchase what we need to supplement the rest of our donations,” expressed Kim Goulette, Executive Director of Lorraine’s. 

The Food Bank of Western Massachusetts provides individuals facing hunger with the food they need to survive and leads communities towards long-term solutions to the problems that lead to hunger.
