National vs. Local: The Numbers

In the Pioneer Valley, single family home sales soared 48.7% from May to June this year and 28.5% from June 2009 to June 2010. The June median price rose 5.2% to $202,000.

Nationally, existing-home sales fell 5.1 percent from May to June, but are nearly 10 percent higher than in June 2009. Read this article to see how this swing in sales could affect buyers in the Pioneer Valley area and what this could mean for your business the rest of this year.
